Plus 50 Jobs will, at a time to be determined, create a database for unemployed candidates being 50 years of age or older.

The key idea behind Plus 50 Jobs is the fact that there are a no. of employers looking for candidates being extremely experienced. At the same time it appears to be difficult to create a “match” between such candidates and the respective employers. The “match” can easily be offered by Plus 50 Jobs by creating a database allowing the candidates to present themselves to the market (no names and other confidential details to be disclosed). This service will be offered to candidates at no cost. Employers looking for highly experienced candidates will get access to the database and, once they have hired an individual, pay a rather small fee.

Initially the services of Plus 50 Jobs will focus on the Global Logistics and Freight Forwarding Industry. Thus the product will be global from day one. At a later date, additional industries will be added.
